Enrolment and Classes

Year-Round Registration: Enrollment is open on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration is recommended to secure desired class times. Registration is open year-round, and swimmers can register at any time. If you register mid-session, tuition will be prorated accordingly.

Class Levels: Placement in swim classes is based on skill level assessment to ensure each student receives the appropriate instruction.

Age Requirements: Students must meet the minimum age requirement for each class level by the first day of the session.

Payments and Fees

Payment Deadline: Clients registering for the session are responsible for the full session payment. The payment will be processed by credit card and is automated. Payments are processed on the 20th of each month for the following month and will be calculated based on the number of classes offered that month, which can be between 3 to 5 classes. Bounced credit cards will have a $10 penalty payment. Registered clients agree to have their credit card charged as per the payment schedule and are responsible to pay for the full session tuition following the monthly payment schedule. Once tuition has been processed, there are no refunds. If clients decide to drop mid-session, they are still responsible for the remaining tuition even if they don’t attend the lessons.

No Refunds Policy: There are no refunds or credits for any reason. This includes but is not limited to missed classes, illness, and personal emergencies.
